About the Concert

Caprice : Le Trille du Diable - Experience the beauty, intimacy, and power of chamber music in the stunning Art Deco heritage hall of Montreal, Le 9e Grande Salle!

This program brings together virtuosic masterpieces and contemporary works, from Johann Sebastian Bach’s monumental Chaconne and Giuseppe Tartini’s legendaryDevil’s Trill Sonata to modern creations by Pete Rose and Matthias Maute.

Completing the journey, Georg Philipp Telemann’s vibrant concerto for violin, two recorders, and continuo offers a dazzling dialogue between Baroque brilliance and contemporary expression.
