F.I.A. is a folk-rock singer-songwriter from Montreal.
With comparisons to Florence and the Machine, Angie McMahon, Julia Jacklin, and Indigo de Souza, she combines introspective lyricism with an authenticity that makes every song feel raw and immediate. Whether she's playing solo or backed by a full band, her live shows are a tender showcase of duality: shifting from hushed confessions to roof-raising choruses.
With her voice, FIA, captivates her audience by drawing emotion from her day-to-day experiences, from the characters she encounters and from her ability to hyperfixate on them. In doing so, FIA relays her perspective on what it means to be human and momentarily unveils the contents of her universe.
