David Cannon - PeopleCert

Senior Director: ITIL

David Cannon co-authored the ITIL publications Service Operation, (2007) Service Strategy (2011), Digital and IT Strategy (2020) and Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services (2021), and Strategy (2026). He has led consulting practices at Hewlett-Packard, BMC Software, and Forrester Research. David is a co-founder of itSMF International and recipient of the itSMF Lifetime Achievement award. Today he is Senior Director of ITIL at PeopleCert.

Adam Griffith - PeopleCert

Adam joined the PeopleCert-ITIL team in 2020 and currently serves as ITIL Architect with PeopleCert. An ITIL (Version 5) Master, ITIL 4 Master and ITIL v3 Expert, Adam leverages over three decades of industry experience, including roles as a service management practitioner and trainer, to ensure the continued practicality and applicability of the ITIL framework.

Mohamed Fayek - Qualiti7

Mohamed Fayek is a Senior IT Service Management and Governance Advisor at Qualiti7 with over 18 years of experience helping organizations improve IT operations, service delivery, and governance. An ITIL Master, consultant, and trainer, Mohamed specializes in ITSM maturity assessments, continual improvement, digital transformation, and service management strategy. He has supported clients across North America, Europe, and Middle East and North Africa (MENA), enabling organizations to align people, processes, and technology to achieve measurable business value and operational excellence.

He is also ITIL® Master certified and an accredited trainer with Qualiti7 on the most current ITIL® certifications at all levels.
