My work focuses on developing and reviewing training and consulting products, coaching on ITSM and DevOps practices, and fostering a robust ITSM community both within and beyond the organization.

Working across different roles within the service lifecycle, Mohamed has supported, managed, and improved many services for customers across Europe, NAM and AsiaPAC. Mohamed has designed several service management solutions for organizations across different industries helping them get the best value out of their investment.
Mohamed has also consulted several customers on how to apply continual improvements and adjust their people, processes and tools to ensure the best value to their organizations and customers.

Jean-Claude Beaudry (Qualiti7)
Jean-Claude Beaudry is the co-founder of Qualiti7 Canada, Technologia's partner for ITIL® training.
Certified ITIL® Service Manager in 2000, ITIL® Expert in 2007, and ITIL® Master in 2024, he is one of the pioneers of ITIL® service management in Canada.
Jean-Claude Beaudry is co-founder of Qualiti7, a company specializing in the implementation of IT management practices that lead to organizational excellence. He is also a certified trainer on industry standards such as ITIL®, DevOps, PRINCE2®, Lean, and other practices beneficial to sound IT management and governance.
Recognized as a builder, he has been working in the IT field for thirty years. For more than twenty years, he has been heavily involved in promoting service management principles as a trainer, speaker, and consultant.
Together with his partners, he organizes numerous opportunities for exchange and collaboration between practitioners, specialists, and product/service providers. He hosts numerous webinars and has been organizing the annual international French-language iQ7 conference since 2017.
Over the past twenty years, he has trained more than 4,000 IT managers and specialists in service management best practices. He has also contributed to the smooth running of more than thirty service management simulation sessions facilitating organizational change management. He has maintained the highest satisfaction rates during these training courses and has achieved an exam success rate above the industry average.
He holds all ITIL® certifications (from version 2 to version 5) and is an accredited trainer for all ITIL®, PRINCE2, PRINCE2-Agile, and DevOps training courses.
