The two organisms Productions Yves Léveillé (PYL) and Productions Félix Stüssi (ProFéSt) join forces with sommelier Guénaël Revel, aka Monsieur Bulles, and the cheese-merchant Yannick Achim to present you an extraordinary evening of musical and culinary delights. For the first time and in exclusivity, the private wine importer Elixir will be part of the event. The agency will present its products, including still wines, during a mini-wine-salon. The public will be able to tase without charge and can also place orders. The bought products will then be delivered to the SAQ of your choice. Other novelty: during the tasting of sparkling wines, cheeses and bread, the service at the table will be assured by the professional team of José Tavares.

19h: Presentation and tasting of a first fizzy wine by Guénaël Revel, accompanied by a first assorted cheese presented by Yannick Achim and the home-baked bread of Félix Stüssi.

20h: A concert by the Duo of Helmut Lipsky (violin) and Félix Stüssi (piano). Lipsky is an internationally renowned virtuoso well-versed in classical and contemporary music, while Stüssi comes primarily from a jazz and blues background. Over the past few months, the two have discovered several affinities beyond their shared Swiss-German roots: a love of free improvisation and a flair for spirited, festive rhythms or soaring flights of musical fancy — whether through original compositions, jazz standards, or even a Bach minuet. Whenever they share the stage, they invite the audience to join them on a journey into soundscapes that have never before been mapped or heard.

20h 45: Guénaël Revel sabers a second sparkling wine and Yannick Achim présents his second cheese.

21h 15: A concert by the Trio En Trois Couleurs, featuring three of Quebec’s leading musical figures — artists with the power to warm the soul. Renowned percussion soloist Marie-Josée Simard has joined forces with two prominent jazz composers and pianists. Together, François Bourassa, Yves Léveillé, and Marie-Josée Simard take us on a journey through the rich, winding landscapes of contemporary jazz and free improvisation. It is a unique encounter that reveals an unexpected palette of colors, where drums, marimbas, cymbals, and vibraphones resonate in harmony with spirited, unconventional pianos.

22h: Tasting of an official sparkling wine and a third cheese.
