Sam Krüger

Sam, a native of London, Ontario, moved to Montreal after a failed career at McDonalds to pursue music. His 2023 acoustic EP, "The songs I write in my bedroom" was supported by the Socan Foundation's TD Incubator program. The EP received CBC airplay and charted on Canadian college and community radio. Now performing with renowned musicians Tim Savard, Neil Robinson, and Brydone Charlton, Sam blends pop melodies with his rustic folk roots. His 2024 Phoque-Off performance was described as "quasi-religious folk". A full-length album with multiple releases is planned for 2025/2026, drawing influence from folk, R&B, jazz, and pop.

Le Grand Fil

The project "Le Grand Fil" began in 2022 when Philippe Moreau wrote his first songs in French. A classically trained guitarist and graduate of the Conservatoire de musique de Québec, Le Grand Fil initially set out to blend classical guitar technique with Francophone folk music, starting with the song "Rivage pâle."

In the summer of 2023, Le Grand Fil took part in the Granby International Song Contest under the name "Le Grand Fil Romain" alongside Romain Fournet, reaching the semi-finals in August 2023 with the first three songs written by the Montreal-based artist.

Le Grand Fil offers a musical mood swing that ranges from poetry and introspection to humor and satire. His debut EP, "Béatrice," is set to be released in spring 2025.

Julie Neff

Julie Neff’s music is drenched with emotion, chronicling all the ways in which we falter under the pressure of heartbreak, but her voice, like liquid kintsugi, glows with hope and purpose.
