Let's taste together 4 Champagnes with different dosages to better understand the role of sugar in their structure and flavor profile (okay, it's also just another excuse to drink Champagne!).

4 wines and canapés will be served. The ticket price includes tip. Duration is 1.5 hours

There is free street parking on Montcalm as of 7pm on weekdays and all day Saturday. 

There is a paid lot across the street. It requires an app, Indigo, to pay. 

Free street parking can be found on neighbouring streets. Before 6pm, some may have imposed time limits.
