Cobalt

Cobalt is an electric blues and rock cover band, fronted by singer/guitarist Richard Plourde, an experienced bluesman from Montreal. Accompanied by veteran musicians Robert Bruyère on bass, Gaetan Bilodeau on keyboards, Martin Robert on guitar, Jean-Pierre Fréchette on winds (saxophone, harmonica & flute), and drummer Richard Fortin, the band covers a wide range of artists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Coco Montoya, Gov't Mule, The Allman Brothers, Pink Floyd, Steely Dan, Led Zeppelin, Kenny Wayne Sheppard and many others. Accompanied by some of the best musicians from the Montreal blues scene, Cobalt Band delivers a hard driving and radioactive Rock & Blues show that will bring the house down.
