Rooty Naky and the Rootables, formed in 2021 in Ottawa-Gatineau, offer a sound that blends reggae, neo-soul, Afrobeats and African influences. Led by Rooty Naky, the collective brings together a number of musicians united by the values of peace, love and justice. Active on the local scene (Afrofest, Kichesippi Festival), the group has made a name for itself with its single SEÏKO and multilingual performances that celebrate diversity.

They will be joined by Haitian-born artist RèN Darah. From childhood, she developed a poetic style of writing that has since become musical. Based in Quebec, she crafts a neo-soul sound with Afro-Caribbean influences (zouk, konpa, rara), carried by a jazz-infused voice and lyrics exploring identity, spirituality and love. The recipient of several awards (Secondaire et Cégeps en spectacle, Kilimandjaro Awards), she continues on a path marked by acclaimed performances and the release of her EP Dédicace à la petite fille que j’étais in 2025.
