The Full Carnaval Pass is the all-included kit for those who want to get the most from their visit at the Carnaval! It includes your Effigy, which is your official access pass to all the sites, and coupons redeemable during the event for an official Carnaval Tuque, a Carnival grog and a hot beverage.

By purchasing the Effigy, you will receive the physical Effigy in the image of Bonhomme Carnaval. This constitutes your pass for the Carnival, and also gives you access to a winter discount booklet including many coupons valid at several merchants in Quebec City, in addition to giving you discounts and privileges applicable in businesses and establishments in the Quebec City region, upon presentation of your Effigy, during the winter period.

The Effigy is renewed each year. The visitors wear it proudly as a pendant on their coats throughout the event. The Effigy is made and bagged in Quebec.

IMPORTANT :

The Effigy is mandatory to access the official sites of the Quebec Winter Carnival from February 4 to 13, 2022 for all persons 13 years of age and over. The Effigy is required to access activities in the Loto-Québec Zone, including Palais de Bonhomme and show evenings, at the Débarques Cadbury as well as at Camp à Jos Videotron.

Please note that the Vaccine Passport will be mandatory to access the Carnival sites, in addition to the Effigy. People aged 13 and up will be asked to show their Vaccine Passport and a photo ID upon entering the 2022 Carnival official sites.
