- A confirmation email for your Train de Charlevoix trip as well as 2 emails with your electronic tickets for each of your journeys on board.
- If you have any questions or changes to make FOR YOUR TRAIN TICKETS, please write to us at info@reseaucharlevoix.com. We are committed to responding to your request within 48 hours on working days. Please quote this confirmation number. o If you have to cancel, you must send us your request 48 hours before your departure in order to be reimbursed at info@reseaucharlevoix.com. Ticketing fees ($0.86 per train ticket) are non-refundable. Did you buy this package with a gift card? No problem, in case of cancellation, we will reload your gift card for future use. à

Parking is available at each Train de Charlevoix station. Access to the parking lot at the Quebec City station (Chute-Montmorency) requires the presentation of a valid Train de Charlevoix ticket.
