The rope is a wonderful tool. Malleable, it can easily adapt to all body types. However, this involves a lot of trial and error. In this context, we can greatly benefit from the experiences of our peers to enrich our toolbox. All experience is valid and there is no input too small. Activity facilitated by Mlle Kate and depravedPanther.

This unceded territory has been a place of meeting and exchange for 5,000 years for multiple nations, including the Haudenosaunee (Kanien’kehà: ka) and Anishinaabeg people.
