Open to ALL LEVELS of improviser.

A 2 Hour workshop to hone your craft as a performer.

SO YOU WANNA MAKE YOUR IMPROV PURE ART? Join Rena Taylor for an engaging improv workshop that delves into the foundations of improvisation and the art of storytelling. We’ll explore how one event in a tale naturally leads to the next, uncovering how these story arcs are influenced by the suggestion and what drives the characters' actions onstage. We’ll explore key questions like: Why does a story unfold in a particular way? Why this ending and not another? What motivates a character’s needs in a scene?

Through a series of storytelling exercises, participants will develop the skills to create believable, interesting characters, break routines, and craft compelling narratives in the moment. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of story structure and fresh, creative ways to make more interesting choices onstage. Join us if you want to take your storytelling skills to the next level!
