To mark a long-lasting collaboration, Chef Jérémie Bastien and his brigade at Monarque Restaurant have the honor of welcoming Chef David Hawksworth as part of his visit to Montreal for the Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship competition.

By the same occasion, Montreal Chefs Marc-André Royal (St-Urbain / Bête-à-Pain) and Derek Dammann (Maison Publique), both members of the jury panel for the competition, will join the team to create an unique event featuring the best of canadian flavors.
