A showcase festival and conference, M for Montreal is recognized as the most important Quebec initiative for the export of so-called independent music, with a mandate to generate real development and business opportunities for the artists programmed as well as for the local, national and international industry professionals who take part.  

With an improved networking platform and a return to the downtown core of Quebec City, this year's event will have a hybrid format, virtual from November 15 to 26, and in person from November 17 to 19. 11 days of open and pre-organized virtual networking, and 4 days of in-person showcases, panels, conferences, atypical networking sessions, lunches, gourmet dinners and private receptions.
