FoOlish

FoOlish is a Montreal reggae band formed in February 2016. Three diverse musical tastes fuse together to create a meaningful mix of reggae, dub and rock. 
On October 1st 2016, FoOlish opened for The Planet Smashers and The Beatdown at Cafe Campus at the Montreal Ska Fest.They regularly play shows in the Montreal music scene, aspiring to play at festivals, connect with others and share their love of music.

About the bandMeet the members

Alex Jurasek-Picoulas is the devoted singer, songwriter and guitarist, inspired by Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Sublime, Steel Pulse and Mike Love as well as other non-reggae artists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jeff Buckley, Al Di Meola and Marvin Gaye.

 
Miranda Zolla is the bass player. Her melodicism and groove is heavily influenced by artists such as Tal Wilkenfeld, Geezer Butler, Geddy Lee and Sting. She loves jamming to Slightly Stoopid, The Skints, Raging Fyah, Sublime and Bob Marley. 

Paulo Riccardo is the perfectionist percussionist, currently studying drums in college. You'll notice in his playing his weirdly diverse range of artists including the Bee Gees, Steel Pulse, Raging Fyah, Bon Jovi, Brian Blade, Chick Corea and Tenacious D. 

Task Managers

Task Managers is an alternative/ indie rock band founded in Montreal in 2016, two years after they are launching there very first Ep Call of the wild. Task Managers music combine different energies inspired by rock and hip hop.

The story begins in Gatineau where Jean and Alex met, they start playing music and moved to Montreal few years after. They met Ugo a guitar player from Terrebonne and Farid who came from Algiers.

The band start composing and playing shows in the Quebec aria. They participated to many projects such as podcasts and radio shows, in the meantime a demo was published.
