- No refunds, date or time changes, or transfers to a third party are accepted.
- The schedule is subject to change without notice. If Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec must cancel the pyrotechnic show for which your ticket was purchased, the amount of your ticket will be automatically refunded.
- The fireworks take place rain or shine.
