The Bureau de la vie étudiante invites you to discover the Hôtel de Glace de Québec, a magical and magnificent place!
The only Hôtel de Glace in North America is reincarnated with a new theme every winter to delight you. Art and winter splendor greet you as you enter the Grand Hall. Let yourself be seduced by the themed rooms and suites adorned with majestic sculptures. Plan a stop in the lavishly decorated chapel, where people from all over the world come to be married in fairytale splendor.
When: Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Departure at 1:15 pm. between the Ernest-Lemieux and Alphonse-Desjardins pavilions. Departure from the site at 3:15 pm and return to the same location around 3:45 p.m.
Cost: $47, including transportation and entry to the site.
Meals: There is no complete food service on site, we recommend to bring a cold lunch if needed.
Clothing: The activity takes place entirely outdoors. Dress warmly, because, as you know, winter can be very cold: mittens, hat, scarf, coat, warm socks are strongly recommended. Wearing waterproof winter pants and winter boots are essential for this activity.
Registration: Register online (credit card only) before March 4 at 9:30 a.m. Limited places: first come, first served!
Non-refundable ticket: If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person.
Bad weather: In the event the site closes due to very bad weather conditions, you will be notified of the cancellation or postponement of the activity by email and will be refunded if applicable.
