Come and experience the culture of the Huron-Wendat first nation with a visit of the village guided by the staff of the Musée Huron-Wendat.

During this visit you will have the chance to get to know the many sides of the Huron-Wendat nation; its culture, origins, beliefs, territory and traditional lifestyle. A total immersion in this ancestral culture in the exact place where it is still alive! This activity of two and a half hours includes a visit of the Long-House, the Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Church, the Tsawenhohi House, the Kabir Kouba Waterfall and its canyon as well as the museum exhibits « Territoires-Mémoires-Savoir », « Miroir d'un people », and « Hatiyuwa:nenhs (Les Grands Hommes) ».

The Museum boutique allows the visitors to bring back a little bit of history with them.

Please note that the visit is offered in French only.

When: Friday September 27th 2019. Departure at 12:30 p.m. between Ernest-Lemieux and Alphonse-Desjardins buildings. Return to the same place around 5 p.m.

Cost: 25 $, including transportation, sites entries and the services of the tour guides.

Dressing code: The activity is partly held outside. It is therefore recommended to wear the appropriate clothing and shoes.

Tickets are on sale until Tuesday September 24th 4 p.m.
