Jean-Claude Beaudry, one of the pioneers in IT Service Management in Canada, founded Qualiti7 more than 17 years ago. Advisor by profession, trainer and lecturer by passion, he is interested in the best practices of the industry, aims to master their meaning and values and find ways to adapt them to serve the objectives sought by organizations or to help them address the challenges and difficulties that prevent them from succeeding well. Accredited Trainer with multiple organizations; he promotes the adoption of good practices among small as well as large organizations. He constantly seeks to develop new knowledge and to grow his experiences in the sharing and implementation of these. He recently contributed to the development of several service catalogs to help IT departments better discuss the services offered with their customers and users. In recent years, beyond his extensive expertise surrounding ITIL and ITSM, he has gained recognition for PRINCE2, BRM, SIAM, DevOps and Lean-IT. A natural leader, he created Qualiti7 in a spirit of sharing and in 2017 launched the annual iQ7 conference. This is now the largest French-speaking conference dealing with good IT management practices around the world.
