A hands on workshop to understand the rules of food and wine pairings. Through some simple yet eye opening exercises, you will begin to understand how wines react to certain flavours. You'll leave with a new found confidence to succeed at pairings.

There is free street parking on Montcalm as of 7pm on weekdays and all day Saturday. 

There is a paid lot across the street. It requires an app, Indigo, to pay.
