Mike Goudreau presents his 22nd independent release entitled Christmas Rendez-Vous. This album, featuring a collection of 13 Christmas songs, was co-produced and recorded with long time friend, collaborator, and saxophonist Dany Roy. The album includes five original tracks composed by Goudreau and five traditional Christmas hymns, as well as three specially rearranged tracks from the public domain, all reworked by Roy and Goudreau. This album is a mix of swing jazz, jump blues, Chicago blues, americana, gospel, French chanson and a bossa nova style rendition of a Christmas classic.
