“When I teach yoga, I like to connect with people. I want them to live a benevolent experience, to make them laugh, to allow them to find their child’s heart. It is important that everyone feels good about their practice. This is why I offer a yin yoga accessible to all, taking care to incorporate some challenges for the regulars.
