The Roadhouse Blues is a night event combining the style of blues music and dance for amateurs and those simply curious. Come dance exclusively to the music of the talented Martin Goyette and groove to the tunes of DJ Papa Blues Champagne who will certainly enchant you during your stay in Quebec!

The night includes every facet of blues, prizes, various refreshments, good company and an unforgettable night. The « old school » blues style band will be playing live on the dance floor! This will generate an intense groove as never seen before. If you’re more of a music enthusiast than a dancer, the mezzanine will be open for you to listen to the enchanting music in what will be an extraordinary and unique experience.

So you don’t know how to dance?
No problem! Nicolas Mailhot and Sabrina Cloutier are offering an introductory blues dance class at 7:30 pm for those who would like to give it a shot. Blues is danced to a variety of music, but it is most commonly danced to the blues music from which it gets its name. Blues is a versatile dance that focuses on the partnership and music. Blues dancing doesn’t follow an agenda : everything is based on instinct, emotion and rhythm. Blues dancing is the perfect excuse to dress up and relax after a long day at work.
